As a Security Officer Hospital Morgue in Low Moor VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including medical facility disturbances access concerns and requests for assistance.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents observations and activities accurately and promptly and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be willing to receive required hospital vaccinations.
• Be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
