About Us
TNR USA INC. is the U.S. distributor of PLAYBOY Condoms and AMPILLAR, offering condoms, personal lubricants, and sexual wellness products.
We are seeking experienced independent sales representatives to expand our distribution into independent retail stores, specialty retailers, and other approved wholesale accounts nationwide.
Position Overview
This opportunity focuses on developing new independent and specialty retail accounts, not national mass-market retail chains.
We seek established sales professionals with existing relationships among independent retailers, specialty stores, and wholesale buyers.
Responsibilities include presenting our PLAYBOY Condoms and AMPILLAR product lines, securing new wholesale accounts, and building long-term customer relationships.
All prospective accounts and sales channels require company approval to avoid conflicts with existing representatives and distribution partners.
Compensation
100% commission-based with no base salary or guaranteed retainer.
Commissions based on qualifying sales from approved accounts.
Terms discussed with qualified candidates and finalized in a written agreement.
Travel & Expenses
This is a remote opportunity with no regular travel requirement. Occasional travel for retailer meetings, trade shows, or business development events may be considered.
Representatives cover ordinary business expenses. Company-funded travel or events require prior written approval and an agreed budget.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales, independent retail, specialty retail, or wholesale distribution.
Existing relationships with independent retailers and specialty buyers preferred.
Proven ability to develop new accounts and generate wholesale sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Representatives carrying complementary, noncompeting products are encouraged to apply.
