Hankey Marks & Crider is looking for a new entry level Receptionist, or a Receptionist with 1-2 years of experience, to join our growing downtown law office! The ability to learn a database system and multiline phone system are required. However, we provide all training!
Our Receptionists are the voice of our firm, as they are responsible for having the initial interaction with our clients. As a Receptionist, it is important you:
• can handle a busy multiline phone system

• enjoy talking with people
• have great organizational and time management skills
• are cheerful
• are compassionate
• are reliable
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No overtime is required. This is an in-office position, with the option to work remotely 2 days per week once the training probationary period has been successfully completed.
