Key Responsibilities Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ASTRO standards. High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate radiation-oncologic case presentations, treatment planning, and target-volume delineation. Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions. Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for radiation-oncologic care. Qualifications Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology (ABR), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field. Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome. Citizenship: Must be based in the United States. Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases. Position Details Environment: 100% Remote Commitment: Flexible, project-based hours designed to fit around a clinical or training schedule. This engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026.
